The story of the show is pretty straight-forward. Yumi has aspirations of becoming a nurse and wishes to become a full fledged member of such an astounding posistion. The only thing is, and here comes the twist we all expected, she must carry out sexual tasks in order to please her patients. Not only her, mind you but the entire body of nurses. You meet a few characters along the way, though none really of any particular note but enough to fill out distinct character tropes. The Naive main character, her bashful friend, the bitch boss, the big bad, the shy and abused girl and the side characters that are simply there to tie up the plot. I enjoy Yumi's voice acting here but perhaps that's just more to my taste than to others and I enjoy the softness in the art and her design that contrasts with the darker tones set by the atmosphere. The show sets a precedent by creating a dichotomy between the Holiness and Virtue of becoming a Nurse and the darker underbelly of the corrupt and morally bankrupt system that controls the more carnal facets of their lives. Shown not just through imagery but given through the soundtrack also. This show is nothing special in any particular department other than it satisfied one single indulgence.
