Sierra Nevada Soap Policies

             Questions regarding an order you have placed should be directed by E-mail to herbalsoap@olypen.com We will try to answer all inquires within 24 hours. You may also call us at 360-457-8500 between 10:00am - 5:00pm pacific time. If items are backordered we will contact you. 

Shipping:

             Shipping is added individually by weight for all internet orders secured with a credit card.  A shipping charge will be billed to your card separately.  Within the United States, orders paid by check, shipping is based on the total product purchase using the table on the right. For shipments outside the US we use the most affordable method available, for a quote please E-mail us at  herbalsoap@olypen.com with your address and order. We will charge a $25.00 service fee on all return checks and a 20% restocking fee on any reverse credit charges. A package and handling fee of $1.75 will be charged to all orders.

            When you order from Sierra Nevada Soap, your personal information is encrypted by your browser and sent to us in a secure manner. No one can intercept this information. Once it is on our server it is then transmitted to our Order Center in an encrypted mode. No one can intercept this information. We are very much aware of your concerns about the privacy of your information.
